Founded and led by Roberta Ann Rusin, RN - a New Jersey nurse with more than three decades in case management and healthcare quality - this practice exists to prove that hospital-grade private nursing belongs at home, not in a facility.

Our story

Three decades at the bedside, brought home.

Roberta Ann Rusin spent her career inside New Jersey's hospitals - as a Registered Nurse, an Accredited Case Manager and a leader in healthcare quality and utilization review at RWJ University Hospital Somerset. She saw, again and again, the same gap: patients sent home with complex needs and no one to truly coordinate their care.

So she built the practice she wished every family had access to - one where a credentialed nurse designs the plan, knows every client by name, and treats the whole household as her own. Intentionally small, never franchised, and personally overseen. Care that feels less like a service and more like family.
